Marxeting Mx offers branding, content creation, automation, and marketing services, including AI-powered tools and funnel development through GoHighLevel.

All content, strategies, branding materials, graphics, and media are proprietary and protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. No part may be reproduced without written permission from Marxeting Mx.

4. Payment Terms
All service agreements, fees, and billing structures will be defined in your client contract or proposal. Delays or failures to pay may result in paused services or collections.

5. Appointment Booking
By booking a consultation, you agree to show up on time. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to deny service to clients who fail to respect time or terms.

6. Refund Policy
Unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement, all consulting and marketing services are non-refundable due to the intellectual and time-based nature of our work.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from use of our website or services unless proven to be the result of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico.
